Yet, if a person is seeking a skin-wise and natural sun block, zinc oxide is still the very best option.

Glide over the skin, paying special attention to your chin, nose, and shoulders. Be sure to reapply at least every two hours and more often if you are sweating, swimming, or the UV index is high.

It's no secret I'm not a big fan of sunscreens. I'm a big believer that the sun is a life force nourisher and not to be feared.
